The Department of Justice works like this: if a member is suspected of committing a crime, the Minor Judge investigates it, reviews evidence, brings it to the attention of ONLY the Supreme Judge, and then accuses said member of a crime. After that, the Minor Judge's involvement is no longer needed; the Supreme Judge makes the final verdict; innocent or guilty. There is no jury. The accused criminal has the right to prove his innocence.

II. The Department of Motherland Security is led by the Head of Motherland Security, a position that a player is appointed to by the President.
